How to Perform an SPO Analysis for Programmatic Ads

I'm new to SPO analysis and need some guidance on how to get started. Could someone walk me through the process and the tools involved? Should I simply request an Excel file with the pre-compiled data from my DSP, excluding log-level details, and then perform my analysis from there?
