Guide to Self-Managing Ads for CTV Channels to Maximize Revenue
We have several CTV channels across different platforms featuring niche content. So far, our revenue mainly comes from subscriptions, with a minor portion from ads. Currently, third-party services handle our SSP relationships and provide us with ad tags to place in our apps, allowing us to adopt a hands-off approach and receive monthly payments. Now, we've been tasked with exploring the feasibility of eliminating these intermediaries by establishing direct connections with SSPs and managing our own ads.
