Differences Between Basis DSP and DV360: A Comparison

I'm interested in understanding how the Basis DSP platform differs from using DV360. From my research, it appears that Basis utilizes CM360 for their ad server, and measurement relies on piggybacked floodlights. The platform's dashboard seems to combine custom logic with CM360-level reporting. One key question I have is whether Basis has access to different ad exchanges compared to DV360. If our team already uses DV360, would adding Basis to our strategy offer any distinct advantages?
