Creating a Custom Audience from YouTube Insertion Orders in DV360

I want to build a custom audience list of users who have engaged with my Insertion Order on YouTube using DV360. While I know it’s possible to create an audience from those who have interacted with my ad, that list is already deployed in another IO, which calls for a distinct audience. Is there an available solution for this?
