Steps to Transition into a Programmatic Advertising Role
Looking to make the jump into programmatic advertising? I started my career at an agency in a video investment team focusing on linear and programmatic guaranteed deals. Now, as a senior associate, I handle digital direct deals, build out taxonomies, and manage tsheets for tags for our clients. Many job opportunities and interviews require hands-on keyboard experience to move forward. Despite having certifications in Google, Trade Desk, and Prisma, and a solid understanding of the field, I find it challenging to transition. What steps can I take to gain practical experience and successfully make this career shift?
