Starting Fresh in Programmatic Advertising

Hi everyone, I'm 25 and living in the NYC metro area. I was laid off in March from a job where I dealt with linear and radio advertising, focusing on reconciling and tracking deals. Although I have some buying experience, I’m struggling to find my niche in the industry. I'm considering taking certifications in programmatic advertising and Salesforce. Could anyone recommend specific certifications for programmatic buying that would help someone with little work experience? Also, where is the best place to start without having real-world experience?
