Seeking Alternatives for Adform's €6k/Month Minimum Spend

Hello everyone! I run a small digital agency in central Europe, primarily focusing on PPC campaigns. We're looking to start offering programmatic advertising to our clients and are interested in using Adform. However, after reaching out to an Adform representative in Romania, we were informed that there's a minimum monthly spend of €6k. Does anyone know if there's a way to use Adform without meeting this minimum spend? Perhaps there are distributors who provide access to Adform for smaller agencies? Alternatively, what are some other reliable platforms for programmatic advertising that might better suit our budget? Thanks!
