Identifying and Reporting YouTube Video Actions in DV360

Are there ways to separate YouTube video action line items from other YouTube objectives or sub-types in DV360 reporting? Additionally, can performance be reported by bid strategy? While this is possible for display and video, it seems not to be an option for YouTube. For reference, I have read-only access to DV360.
