Hi there, I'm a publisher who recently gained access to Google Ad Manager (GAM) MA and I'm facing challenges with setting up various ads, like Interstitial, Anchor, Orders, and Line Items. I searched for tutorials on YouTube but couldn't find anything useful. Could anyone recommend some articles or videos that thoroughly explain the setup process?
