Choosing Between StackAdapt and Another Company for a Programmatic Ads Role

Hi everyone, I recently received job offers from StackAdapt and another company. I'm strongly considering StackAdapt but have some concerns about work/life balance, as I've experienced 13-hour workdays in previous roles. Does anyone here work at StackAdapt or know someone who does? How is the work culture there? Since it's a Canadian company, I'm hoping it might be more relaxed.
