Looking for Partners to Enhance Our CDP Data for Programmatic Ads

Hi there, we're on the lookout for partners who can take our first-party data from our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and build models that suit our needs. Specifically, we would like to send a custom segment created from our CDP to integrate into their data set. Afterward, the goal is for them to return the segment to us so we can use it for targeting in our programmatic Demand-Side Platform (DSP). We need providers available across both EMEA and the US. Additionally, we prefer to start with options that don't require large monthly minimums. Any recommendations?
