How to Automate YouTube Ad Campaigns Without Manual Intervention

Hello Everyone, My team is looking for a way to automate the placement, purchase, and management of YouTube ad campaigns using an API. From my research, it appears that such APIs aren’t available for Google Ads or DV360. Therefore, I'm assuming there must be another strategy or tool that allows us to manage YouTube ads without constantly logging into Google Ads or DV360 platforms and manually handling tasks. Any advice or suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
