Seeking Partners for Access to CTV Identifiers for Enhanced Identity Resolution

I work at a company specializing in identity resolution, and while we currently manage various identifiers including PII and digital markers, we are lacking in Connected TV (CTV) IDs such as those from Amazon, Roku, Apple, and others. Obtaining these IDs directly from each provider might be a challenging process, and I'm not very familiar with existing market partners who might offer CTV IDs for licensing. This need is specifically for improving our identity resolution capabilities. Any advice or information on potential partners who can help address this gap would be greatly appreciated.
